Eyeo Title Sequences
For many years, we collaborated with composer Mark Mallman to produce the opening night title sequence for the eyeo festival. It's been a tremendous joy to create highly original, hand-made animations that kick of each year to a live crowd here in Minneapolis. Our love for the eyeo festival and Dave, who created it, runs deep. It’s a beautiful thing.
Various animation techniques include stop motion + motion tracking of real world objects like dangling paper cubes or floating ping pong balls. We've also incorporated overhead projectors, clay, yarn and racket balls.
